This store accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard & Amex), PayPal, GPay, and Apple Pay.
Processing Time
Craft supply items are ready to ship and orders that do not contain handcrafted items (finished jewellery etc) will ship out either same day if possible, or the next business day. Please note that The Craft Armoury is located in South Australia, and all SA public holidays are observed. The time required to prepare made to order items varies and will be displayed on the item page. If purchasing multiple made to order items, the processing time on average will be the longest stated timeframe plus approximately half of the time for each additional item. For example a purchase of one item with a 3-day processing time, and two additional items each with 2-day processing, will generally be ready to ship in approximately 5 days (3+1+1).
Domestic Shipping Cost & Methods
The Craft Armoury operates exclusively online, and therefore is unable to provide a pick-up option. Within Australia, the following services and shipping rates are applied:
- Australia Post Standard Parcel Service, $8.95- this is a flat rate cost for any number of items, Australia-wide
- Australia Post Express Parcel Service, $11.95 - suitable for all items if faster delivery is preferred. Please note that express delivery is purely for the postage service, and won't decrease order processing time. Next day delivery is applicable only within Australia Post's Express Network, and while areas located outside of the network will still typically receive the package faster than standard services, it will take a couple of extra business days for delivery.
Occasionally, a shipping service may be upgraded to registered (requiring signature on delivery), however this will be at no additional cost to the buyer. You will have the option to request safe-drop via Australia Post, however please be aware that this releases both The Craft Armoury and Australia Post of any liability should the package be lost or stolen after delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, orders are accpted from New Zealand and Canada, with US shipping by arrangement only. Unfortunately shipping to other destinations is not available. All international orders are shipped with Australia Post and will generally be delivered by your primary postal service. The services available are regular post (2 - 6 weeks delivery time on average), and express post (1 - 3 weeks delivery time on average). Please note: The Craft Armoury is not currently required to collect GST or sales tax from international buyers, however if the order value meets the threshold where taxes or other import costs become applicable, you may be required to pay these before your order is delivered.
Delivery Time
Delivery for standard services to most major metro areas is generally 3-5 business days after shipping, 4-7 business days for rural areas, and up to 15 business days for remote areas. (Mail transport methods [air or road], and fluctuating conditions such as mail volume or extreme weather, can affect these estimates, however if it is more than 3 days past the delivery estimate, you are welcome to contact me so that I can initiate an investigation with Australia Post and provide further options as needed).
