Refunds, Returns and Exchange 

Returns for any reason are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, and a refund equal to the amount of the item price can be provided once the item is received back in the same condition as when sent - original and return postage costs won't be refunded.

If an item is not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided, or refused due to customs charges, a refund of the item price only can be provided, once the item has been received back.

If an item is lost in the mail, faulty or does not match the description, please contact me directly for the most appropriate resolution - once confirmed, a refund, exchange or replacement will be provided free of charge (any costs that may be incurred by the buyer to return a faulty item will be reimbursed).

Cancellations

You can request to cancel an order for any reason prior to shipment, and the full payment will be refunded. In some cases, an order can be shipped within a few hours of purchase, so if a cancellation is required, it is important to contact me as soon as possible, as orders can not be cancelled once shipped (the items may still be returned or exchanged).

In some cases, including (but not limited to), where I can not confirm important information that is required, such as address details, I may decline and cancel an order, in which case the full payment will be refunded.
