It has come to attention recently that there are unauthorised websites posing as The Craft Armoury, duplicating our product listings and images, in addition to advertising products which are handcrafted individually and offered only via this website. The following info will help identify fraudulent sites, and ensure your online saftey if you are wanting to purchase any of the products we offer.

Australia Post recently revised the cut-off dates for deliveries before Christmas, due to recent weather conditions and rail disruptions. which will impact deliveries to / from WA in particular, as they have added an additional 2 weeks to the estimated delivery times to WA.

Effective from Thursday, 12th August, The Craft Armoury will be adjusting to offer tracked postage options exclusively, both within Australia and overseas, and the small package (untracked) option will no longer be available.

I'm really happy to share that The Craft Armoury has signed on with Offset - this means that for every order placed on the website, carbon credits will be purchased that contribute to projects around the world which preserve and protect our environment.

As the holiday season approaches, both order processing and delivery time can be impacted due to higher volume - to ensure as much as possible that your order is received when you need it, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed in addition to current delivery timeframes.

Due to new regulations, restrictions and safety practices, extensive delivery delays are currently being experienced by Australia Post. These delays are nation-wide, but are affecting Victoria in particular. This is also affecting small packages more while the parcel service is prioritised. Please be aware that delivery can now take from 1 to 4 weeks. Your patience and understanding during this time is sincerely appreciated - please keep safe :)
